Our Robot
Our 2017 robot, Captain Stink, is capable of shooting fuel into the high boiler, placing gears, and climbing. It uses a refined version of the 2016 drive base with 6 CIMs and belted driveshafts. This robot has perhaps evolved the most out of all our designs since the first competition. A ground gear collector is being added along with various improvements in the turret shooter, hopper, and climber.

Steamworks
The new game was announced on January 7. The game, Steamworks is a steampunk themed game. Teams work in alliances made up of three robots each to get the most points. Points are acquired by shooting balls into a boiler to build up steam. Another way to earn points is for the robots to get gears to their airship (manned by a human player). To earn additional points, the robots can climb a rope attached to the airship.
